Each piece of MILLIANNA'S Tudor Collection is hand-made using the finest Czech fire-polished crystals and Japanese grosgrain or double-backed velvet ribbons. We chose the Czech crystals for their particular luster and luminosity. These beads have been crafted since the 17th century and we love the sophisticated color palette and old world sensibility they lend to our feminine and contemporary designs.
Monofilament line is used in many of our designs and was chosen for its transparency, making the crystals appear to float on the skin. The line also renders the pieces extremely durable and surprisingly lightweight. The jewelry is comfortable to wear and, because of the movement of the crystals, is dynamic and always changing.
All metals used in the collection are of the highest quality solid sterling silver and gold plate.
Many of the pieces, such as the Elizabeth Neck, Emma and Spencer are designed to be worn as necklaces, chokers, hair pieces or bracelets. Their multi-functionality allows the wearer to have several pieces in one.
The jewelry is easily cleaned with a little dish soap and warm water. They should be laid flat to dry.
All pieces come with a hand-sewn felt pouch adorned with the Czech crystals.
